Paulette Piñero is an experienced manager and speaker who dedicated her career to run and develop programs in the non-profit sector. With over 15 years of experience in leadership in human service and education, she decided to follow her dreams of becoming an entrepreneur and help leaders of color grow and achieve their career goals. This is why she started LEAD Media LLC, a management consulting and leadership coaching firm that helps professionals take the next step in their careers and business. Her vision? To create a world where leadership is diverse, purpose-driven, and joyful. 

She was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Massachusetts, USA in 2013 as she struggled to get her son access to special education services. Through that experience, she became an advocate for Latinx families navigating the Greater Boston education system and has worked with professionals in education for the last 5 years. In her spare time you can find her working on her podcast Making Lider Moves, reading a fiction novel, or playing with her kids Alex and Sofia.
